Payments

Client Duties

Clients must provide content, approvals, access details and feedback on time so projects can move forward properly.

These terms govern your access to and use of the website, quote forms, client portals, digital products and services provided by OrbiCraft Technologies. You accept these terms when you use our website, submit a quote request, approve a proposal, make payment, access a client portal or continue using our services.

OrbiCraft Technologies provides technology services for businesses, organisations and professionals.
  • Business websites, landing pages and portfolio websites.
  • Business software, dashboards and workflow tools.
  • Business platforms, SaaS-ready systems and client portals.
  • AI automation, chatbots, CRM automation and lead capture workflows.
  • Hosting setup, domain assistance, email setup, maintenance and technical support.

A quote or proposal is based on the information provided by the client at the time of request. Items not listed in the approved scope are not automatically included. Additional pages, dashboards, integrations, modules or automation flows may be quoted separately.

Successful delivery depends on timely cooperation from the client.
  • Provide logos, images, brand colours, text, documents and content required for the project.
  • Provide accurate business, service, contact and legal information.
  • Provide hosting, domain, email, DNS or third-party access where needed.
  • Review drafts, designs, pages and deliverables within a reasonable time.
  • Ensure supplied content does not infringe copyright, privacy or third-party rights.

Payment terms are stated in the quote, invoice, proposal or agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins and the balance may be required before final handover, launch, migration or delivery. Work, access or support may be paused when payments are overdue.

Project timelines are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Delays may be caused by late payments, missing content, delayed feedback, third-party providers, hosting/domain issues or additional requests. Revisions are limited to the approved package, quote or agreement.

Some projects require hosting, domains, email accounts, SSL certificates, DNS records, payment gateways, APIs or external software. Third-party costs may be billed separately unless included in the quote. OrbiCraft Technologies is not responsible for downtime, delays or failures caused by third-party providers.

Where client portal access is provided, clients may view project updates, documents, support requests, invoices, quotations and progress reports. Login details, passwords and access codes must be kept confidential. Access may be suspended for security risk, misuse, unpaid invoices or unauthorised activity.

Ownership depends on the approved quote, payment status, package type and written agreement. Final client-specific deliverables may transfer to the client after full payment, while OrbiCraft Technologies may retain reusable code, templates, processes, tools and pre-existing intellectual property.

Support and maintenance are provided only where included in the package, quote, invoice or ongoing maintenance agreement. Emergency support, major changes, redesigns or new features may be billed separately.

Clients and users must not use our services, portals or systems for unlawful, harmful, abusive or unauthorised activity. Both parties should treat confidential business information, login credentials, project documents, pricing discussions and system access details with care.

Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, breach of terms, security risk, unlawful activity or failure to cooperate reasonably with project requirements. Termination does not remove responsibility for completed work or approved services already delivered.

We aim to provide professional and reliable services, but digital systems may depend on hosting providers, third-party tools, internet connectivity, browsers, APIs and client-provided information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbiCraft Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business, services, pricing structures, technology, legal requirements or operational processes.
